Parasite Eve 3rd Birthday
It’s official, Square-Enix is bringing the game I’ve been holding my breath over for an eternity to E3 2010. Finally we’ll know how the series plans to mutate and evolve on the PSP with The Third Birthday.

Did we need a post devoted entirely to this snippet of info?

The answer is an emphatic yes.

Parasite Eve 3rd Birthday

Hideous creatures descend on Manhattan. Ground reports from the squad tasked with containing the pandemonium refer to these life forms as the Twisted. An investigatory team known as the CTI is formed within the year.

The Overdive system emerges as a means of opposition, but only one viable candidate exists –Aya Brea. A gift as she awakens from a lost past on this, the occasion of her third birth.

  1. Groovy. This is a game that will be in my collection, seeing I have both the Playstation titles. Pretty crazy to think that it took this long for a sequel! That’s even longer than Marvel Vs Capcom 3! (Please Capcom fix the rendering engine!!!) *ahem*

  2. Too bad it’s for the PSP. Will Sony FINALLY allows us to PAY and play PSP games on a PS3?

  3. I don’t see why they would. They don’t even let new customers play PS2 games anymore.

  5. Considering there are a lot of us that won’t be getting a PSP (or a Go for that matter) if they want more revenue and post a profit in 2011 they should allow for PSP play on PS3. I would get Ratchet, Daxter, both GoW games, the Papaton and Locoroco games, the Acid! games, Patchwork heroes and probably 5-6 RPG/strategy games (Jeanne D’Arc for instance).
